Let’s make this Strawberry Jelly (100% Natural and Zero Sugar)!

Ingredients

  • 320 grams of chopped strawberries

  • 50 ml of filtered water

  • 8 chopped dates

  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of chia seeds

Directions

  • In a pan place the chopped strawberries and dates, the lemon juice and the filtered water. 
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir a little and cover.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, lifting the lid occasionally to stir. 
    Beat with a mixer if you prefer the jelly more pasty or leave it with whole strawberry pieces.
  • Wait for the jelly to cool down and add the chia seeds. 
    Mix well and the strawberry jam is ready to eat. 
    Store in jars or covered containers in the refrigerator.
