Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 box of cream
1 cup icing sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar, egg, oil and milk until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and mix again.
- Add chopped strawberries to the dough and mix gently.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cupcakes are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- While the cupcakes bake, prepare the whipped cream.
- Whip the cream in a bowl until it starts to thicken.
- Add the icing sugar and continue beating until the whipped cream is stiff and fluffy.
- When the cupcakes are cool, fill them with the whipped cream using a piping bag or a spoon.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top, if desired, and serve.
