Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 cup icing sugar

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a large bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar, egg, oil and milk until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Add the baking powder and mix again.
  • Add chopped strawberries to the dough and mix gently.
  • Spoon batter into cupcake liners and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cupcakes are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • While the cupcakes bake, prepare the whipped cream.
  • Whip the cream in a bowl until it starts to thicken.
  • Add the icing sugar and continue beating until the whipped cream is stiff and fluffy.
  • When the cupcakes are cool, fill them with the whipped cream using a piping bag or a spoon.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar on top, if desired, and serve.
