Ingredients
100 grams of spaghetti pasta
1/2 onion
1 tomato
1 broad of atum
1 pinch of salt
Spices to taste
Olive oil to taste
Dried parsley to taste
Directions
- Heat a pan with water and salt and when bubbles start to rise add the spaghetti.
Cook for 9 minutes after it starts to boil. - Chop the tomato and onion into cubes.
Fry the onion in a pan with a little oil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. - Add the chopped tomato, the seasonings of your choice (paprika, pepper, etc.) and salt to taste, mix well and fry until golden.
- Discard the water from the tuna and add it to the skillet.
Cook a little, add the pasta and cook for a few more minutes, always stirring well. - Finish by adding dehydrated parsley to taste over the pasta and the spaghetti with tuna is ready.
