1 tomato
1 onion

Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of soy protein;
- Add 500 ml of hot water;
- Book for 10 minutes;
- Pass the soy meat through a sieve;
- Wash the soy meat under running water;
- Pass the soy meat through a sieve again;
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 strand of olive oil;
- Add oregano and black pepper;
- Add chopped onion;
- Add diced tomato;
- Add salt;
