Ingredients

  • 2 cups of soy protein

  • 500 ml of hot water

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

  • Garlic

  • Oil

  • Green smell

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 2 cups of soy protein;
  • Add 500 ml of hot water;
  • Book for 10 minutes;
  • Pass the soy meat through a sieve;
  • Wash the soy meat under running water;
  • Pass the soy meat through a sieve again;
  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 strand of olive oil;
  • Add oregano and black pepper;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Add diced tomato;
  • Add salt;
  • Mix and let it braise;
  • Add the soy meat;
  • Sauté;
  • Add green smell;
  • Your Soy Meat is ready!
