Ingredients
1 cooked chayote
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons wheat flour
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1/2 tablespoon of margarine
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a blender, add 1 egg;
- Add 1/2 cup milk;
- Add 2 tablespoons grated cheese;
- Add 1/2 tablespoon margarine;
- Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- Beat well;
- Mash 1 cooked chayote and add it to a container along with the blender mixture;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a greased shape with margarine;
- Add cheese on top;
- Take it to the oven until gratin;
- Your Chuchu Soufflé is ready!
