Ingredients

  • 1 cooked chayote

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese

  • 1/2 tablespoon of margarine

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a blender, add 1 egg;
  • Add 1/2 cup milk;
  • Add 2 tablespoons grated cheese;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon margarine;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • Beat well;
  • Mash 1 cooked chayote and add it to a container along with the blender mixture;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a greased shape with margarine;
  • Add cheese on top;
  • Take it to the oven until gratin;
  • Your Chuchu Soufflé is ready!
