Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/3 cup (tea) cream cheese

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder for cake

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch/maizena

  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place the egg, salt, cornstarch, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, yeast and stir well in a bowl.
  • Pour the dough into a greased skillet with butter or margarine, cover and bring to a boil.
  • Bake the bread for 10 to 15 minutes. 
    Turn the bread over onto a plate, place it back in the skillet, cover and brown the other side.
  • Transfer the bread to a platter or plate of your choice and the recipe is ready.
