2 eggs

Salt to taste
Wheat flour for breading

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, eggs, green chillies and salt.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, mixing until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the dumplings with your hands and dip them in the wheat flour.
- Fry the dumplings in hot oil until evenly browned.
- Drain the dumplings on paper towel and serve.
Notes
- For a tastier cupcake, add grated cheese, bacon or other ingredients of your choice.
- If the rice is too dry, add a little milk or water to moisten the dough.
- To prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pan, heat the oil before starting to fry.
