Ingredients
1 box of cream
4 tablespoons of Nest Milk or other powdered milk
6 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, add the cream, sugar, Ninho Milk/powdered milk and stir very well.
- Light the low fire, mix constantly until it starts to thicken and turn off the fire when it reaches the brigadier point.
- Wait for the Leite Ninho frosting to cool at room temperature or in the fridge and the recipe is ready.
