3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
3 eggs
2 cups (tea) of sugar
4 tablespoons of margarine
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and flour a 24 cm round cake tin.

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the margarine and sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture. - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, mix the wheat flour with the baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour to the dough, alternating with the milk.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before unmolding.
