Ingredients

  • 1 can of green corn (without the liquid)

  • 1 can of corn flakes

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 can of milk (corn can measurement)

  • 1 can of sugar (corn can measurement)

  • 1/2 can of soybean oil

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • Margarine for greasing

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Grease and flour a cake pan with a central hole.
  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well until the corn is finely ground.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
