Ingredients
1 can of green corn (without the liquid)
1 can of corn flakes
3 whole eggs
1 can of milk (corn can measurement)
1 can of sugar (corn can measurement)
1/2 can of soybean oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Margarine for greasing
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Grease and flour a cake pan with a central hole.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well until the corn is finely ground.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
