Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of peas
10 slices of ham (cut into small cubes)
1/2 cup grated cheese
Directions
- In a baking dish, mix the rice, corn, peas and ham.
- Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Notes
- For a more flavorful baked rice, you can add other vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, or tomatoes.
You can also add shredded beef or chicken.
If you want a creamier baked rice, you can add some cream cheese or tomato sauce.
