Sausage Tuscan Sauce

minutesThis Tuscan sausage in sauce is very easy to prepare and guarantees a delicious meal!
Ingredients
- 500 grams of Tuscan sausage 
- 3 cloves minced garlic 
- 1/2 chopped onion 
- 1/2 sachet of tomato sauce 
- 300 ml of water 
- 200 ml of oil 
- chili pepper to taste 
- green smell to taste 
- sweet paprika to taste 
- chimichurri to taste 
- salt to taste 
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, place the oil, 150 ml of water and turn on the medium heat.
- Add the sausages and as soon as it boils, stir well until the water evaporates.
- Fry both sides of the sausages until golden brown. 
 Turn off the heat and remove them from the fat.
- Discard part of the fat from the pan, add the chopped onion, the chopped garlic and stir well until golden.
- Add the chopped or whole sausages and sauté for a few minutes. 
 Add the tomato sauce, 150 ml of water and mix the ingredients well.
- Season with red pepper, sweet paprika, chimichurri, salt to taste and cook over high heat for about 4 minutes.
- Turn off the fire and add chopped green smell to taste. 
 Mix well and the Tuscan sausage with sauce can now be served.
