The best thing about this fried sausage with onions is that, in addition to being tasty, it is made with few ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Tuscan sausage

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 onion in slices

  • Frying oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a pan put the sausages and enough water to boil. 
    Cook the sausages in boiling water for 5 minutes, turning them over during the process.
  • Drain all the cooking water, rinse the sausages and cut them into slices, or if you prefer, leave them whole.
  • Add the cooked sausages to the pan, add a little oil and fry them on both sides over medium heat.
  • Cover the pan and let the sausages fry until golden, stirring occasionally so that they fry evenly.
  • Remove the fried sausages and transfer them to a plate. 
    In the same pan used previously add the sliced ​​onion, salt to taste and vinegar.
  • Fry the onions until golden, stirring occasionally so they don’t stick. 
    Add the sausages, mix well and the fried sausage recipe with onions is ready.
