The Basmanny District Court, in Moscow, ordered this Sunday, the 24th, the preventive detention of four men accused of involvement in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall theater, effective until May 22nd.

Those detained are Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, both confessing to the charges; Shamsidin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Fayzov.

Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, 32, originally from Tajikistan and father of four, declared an expired residence permit in Novosibirsk, Russia. Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, also a Tajik, mentioned having a Russian residence permit, but did not specify the city.

Shamsidin Fariduni, the youngest among the suspects, born in 1998 in Tajikistan, worked in a parquet factory and lived in Krasnogorsk, close to the site of the attack.

Muhammadsobir Fayzov, performing in a wheelchair, is a former hairdresser and resident of Ivanovo.

The attack on Crocus City Hall resulted in 182 victims, including deaths and injuries, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region.

In response, President Vladimir Putin declared March 24 a day of national mourning, emphasizing Russia’s determination to severely punish everyone involved in the planning and execution of the terrorist act.
