It’s very easy and simple to make your Refrigerator Pudding.

Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can measure)
1 package of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of water
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- To make the syrup, place the sugar in a saucepan and heat over high heat, stirring constantly, until caramelized.
- Pour the syrup into a round shape with a removable bottom and set aside.
- In a pan, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a blender, beat condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Pour the cream into the mold with the syrup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Develop the pudding and serve.
Notes
- For a creamier pudding, use whole milk.
- If you want, you can add chopped fruit to the cream, such as strawberries, bananas or grapes.
- You can also use gelatin of different flavors to give the pudding a special touch.
