Ingredients

  • 6 sausages

  • 600 grams of potato

  • 340 grams of tomato sauce

  • 170 grams of green corn

  • 150 grams of cheese

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • Oregano to taste

  • Paprika to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces and set aside.
  • Cut the sausages into slices and boil in a pan with water for 5 minutes.
  • Add the potatoes in a pan with water and salt and cook until al dente.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the potatoes, salt and paprika to taste.
  • Add oregano to taste and stir very well for a few minutes.
  • Put the minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute and Mix well to uniformize.
  • Add the sliced ​​sausages and stir non-stop for a few minutes over the heat.
  • Add the drained corn to the other ingredients and mix everything very well.
  • Refo for another 3 minutes without stopping stirring and transfer everything to a refractory.
  • Spread well, add the tomato sauce on top and spread again.
  • Add slices of cheese of your choice and oregano to taste on top.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and the sausage potato recipe is ready to serve.
