The sweet is popular throughout Brazil, and is served as a dessert or snack.
Ingredients
2 cups of grated coconut (tea)
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1 can of condensed milk
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and water.
Reserve. - In another bowl, beat the eggs and condensed milk until smooth.
- Add the reserved grated coconut and mix well.
- Lastly, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into cheese molds greased and sprinkled with wheat flour.
- Place in a medium oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes or until golden.
- Leave to cool before unmolding.
