1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
2 cups of wheat flour
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
- In a pan, add the sugar and water and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar melts and forms a golden caramel.
- Pour the caramel into the cake pan and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until it forms a light and fluffy cream.
- Add the milk and margarine and beat until combined.
- Lastly, add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix gently until a homogeneous dough forms.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, eggs and butter until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Pour the cake batter into the caramelized pan.
- Then pour the pudding cream over the cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is baked and the pudding is firm.
- Let cool and unmold.
Notes
- To make the caramel brighter, add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to the syrup.
- To prevent the cake from being heavy, add the wheat flour and baking powder to the dough little by little, mixing gently.
- If you want, you can add chocolate powder to the cake batter to make it tastier.
