The prestige cake is a cake with a moist and tasty texture. The dough is made with cocoa powder, which gives it a special chocolate touch. The filling is made with condensed milk, grated coconut and butter, which makes it creamy and delicious. The frosting is made with melted chocolate, which makes the cake even more beautiful and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 100 g grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 100 g of semisweet chocolate

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of cream

Directions

  • In a mixer, beat the eggs, oil and milk for 3 minutes, or until the mixture turns white.
  • Add the sugar and cocoa powder and beat for another 5 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix gently with a spoon.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk, grated coconut and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the filling thickens.
  • Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  • Add the cream and mix until smooth.
  • Cut the cake in half.
  • Spread the filling over the first half of the cake.
  • Place the other half of the cake on top of the filling.
  • Cover the cake with the chocolate frosting.
  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving.
