Make this Ninho Milk Mousse using the ingredients below and following the instructions for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 cup powdered milk (Ninho)

  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

  • 4 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)

  • Powdered milk (Ninho) to decorate (optional)

Directions

  • Start by hydrating the unflavored gelatin: In a small container, add the 4 tablespoons of water and sprinkle the gelatin on top.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes so that the gelatin absorbs the water.
  • While the gelatin hydrates, in a blender, place the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk (Ninho).
Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  • After the gelatin is hydrated, microwave it for about 15 seconds, just to dissolve completely.
Be careful not to overheat the gelatin.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture in the blender and beat again until everything is well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a single container to serve as a large mousse.
  • Refrigerate and let the mousse set for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
  • If you wish, when serving, sprinkle a little powdered milk (Ninho) over the mousse to decorate.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
