Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
2 cups sifted wheat flour
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup Ninho milk (or instant milk powder)
1 can of cream (no whey)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature) and grease a round cake tin approximately 22 cm in diameter with butter and flour.
- In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy and clear mixture.
- Add the milk and sifted wheat flour to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Beat on low speed until the dough is smooth.
- Add the baking powder to the dough and gently mix with a spoon or spatula.
- Pour the dough into the greased tin and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the Ninho milk frosting: in a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and Ninho milk until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Remove the cake from the oven when ready and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
- Unmold the cake onto a serving plate and cover it with the Ninho milk frosting.
- To decorate, you can sprinkle a little more Ninho milk over the cake.
