500g unpeeled potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh herbs to taste (optional)
Directions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces of the desired size.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, black pepper and fresh herbs, if desired.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and soft.
