Baked potatoes in the air fryer are a quick and easy recipe to prepare, which results in potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is a great option to accompany meat, chicken and fish.

Airfryer Potatoes are delicious with mustard sauce, barbecue sauce or tartar sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500g unpeeled potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces of the desired size.
  • In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, black pepper and fresh herbs, if desired.
  • Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
  • Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and soft.
