Ingredients
1.5 kg of pork ribs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 large chopped onion
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chopped fresh herbs to taste (parsley, chives, oregano, rosemary)
Directions
- Wash and dry the ribs.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and sauté until transparent.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add the ribs and season with salt, black pepper and fresh herbs.
- Saute for a few minutes, until the meat starts to brown.
- Add lemon juice and 1 cup of water.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Serve with rice, potatoes or salad.
