Whether to serve it for breakfast or an afternoon snack, the roasted manioc flour biscuit is the kind of snack that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sour sprinkles (tea)

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

Directions

  • In a blender add the egg, milk, sour starch, oil and salt. 
    Cover and beat until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Transfer the dough to half-greased cupcake or pie pans with oil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Carefully remove the baked manioc flour cookies from the oven, wait for them to cool down a bit and the recipe is ready.
