Ingredients
2 cups of sour sprinkles (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 tablespoon(s) salt
1 whole egg
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In a blender add the egg, milk, sour starch, oil and salt.Â
Cover and beat until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. - Transfer the dough to half-greased cupcake or pie pans with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Carefully remove the baked manioc flour cookies from the oven, wait for them to cool down a bit and the recipe is ready.
