Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the milk, egg and melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well until a smooth dough forms.

- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
