Ingredients
1 pineapple, peeled and core removed
4 American glasses of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
2 boxes of pineapple flavored gelatin
Directions
- In a pan, place the pineapple, water and sugar.
Place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until the pineapple is soft. - Remove the pineapple from the heat and let it cool.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and gelatin dissolved in hot water.
- Add the chopped pineapple and beat again until smooth.
- Pour the mousse into a dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm.
- Serve chilled.
