The pineapple gives the mousse a sweet, tropical flavor, while the condensed milk and cream make it creamy and delicious. 
The gelatin helps give the mousse structure, making it firm and easy to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled and core removed

  • 4 American glasses of water

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 2 boxes of pineapple flavored gelatin

Directions

  • In a pan, place the pineapple, water and sugar. 
    Place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until the pineapple is soft.
  • Remove the pineapple from the heat and let it cool.
  • In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and gelatin dissolved in hot water.
  • Add the chopped pineapple and beat again until smooth.
  • Pour the mousse into a dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm.
  • Serve chilled.
