Your Pineapple Mousse will be amazing if you follow the step-by-step preparation method using the ingredients below.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 4 glasses (American) of water

  • 2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin

  • 2 boxes (200g/each) of cream

  • 1 box (295g) condensed milk

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1 chopped pineapple;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Add 4 cups (American) of water;
  • Simmer for 5 minutes;
  • Pass through the strainer (reserve the liquid);
  • In the hot liquid left over, add 2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer liquid to blender;
  • Add 2 boxes (200g/each) of cream;
  • Add 1 box (295g) of condensed milk;
  • Beat for 2 minutes;
  • Transfer chopped pineapple to a platter;
  • Add cream;
  • Take it to the fridge until it’s firm;
  • Your Pineapple Mousse is ready!
