1 pineapple
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 glasses (American) of water
2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin
2 boxes (200g/each) of cream
1 box (295g) condensed milk
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 chopped pineapple;
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- Add 4 cups (American) of water;
- Simmer for 5 minutes;
- Pass through the strainer (reserve the liquid);
- In the hot liquid left over, add 2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin;
- Mix;
- Transfer liquid to blender;
- Add 2 boxes (200g/each) of cream;
- Add 1 box (295g) of condensed milk;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Transfer chopped pineapple to a platter;
- Add cream;
- Take it to the fridge until it’s firm;
