Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 and a half cup of milk
1 and a half cup of sugar
1 cup roasted and ground peanuts
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C).Â
Grease and flour a cake pan. - In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy, whitish mixture forms.
- Add the oil and milk and beat until combined.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix gently until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Lastly, add the ground peanuts and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
