Peanut Tea with Condensed Milk

This peanut tea with condensed milk will win everyone over!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) whole milk (360 ml)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts (peeled)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) water (120 ml)

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (200 grams)

  • 3 cloves

  • 1 piece of cinnamon

Directions

  • Grind the peanuts in a food processor until you form a fine mixture.
  • In a pan off the heat, place the peanuts, condensed milk, milk, water, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
  • Mix well and bring to low heat when the condensed milk dissolves completely.
  • Cook over low heat without stopping stirring and as soon as the milk boils, cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove the cloves and cinnamon, serve the drink still warm and the peanut tea with condensed milk is ready to drink.
