Ingredients
1 large pineapple in pieces
1 cup (240 ml) sugar
1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
1 can of cream (300 g)
1 package of champagne biscuits (180 g)
Directions
- In a pan, add the pineapple and sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pineapple is soft and the syrup thickens.Â
Reserve. - In another pan, mix the condensed milk, cream and egg yolks.Â
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. - Turn off the heat and let cool.
- In a medium refractory, assemble the pavé, alternating layers of biscuits moistened in the pineapple syrup, cream and pineapple.
- Finish with a layer of cream and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
