Ingredients
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup oil
2 cups of wheat flour
1 egg
Frying oil
Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions
- In a pan, mix water, milk, sugar, salt and oil.
Take it to the fire and let it boil. - Add the wheat flour and stir well until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Remove the dough from the pan and place on a floured surface.
Expect to cool down a bit. - Add the egg and mix well.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles with a pastry cutter or a glass.
- Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper. - Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste.
