The preparation of this pasta is easy and the result is a dish that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of spaghetti pasta (250 grams)

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (tea)

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Parsley to taste

  • Dash of olive oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • In a pan with 2 liters of boiling water, add 1 level tablespoon of salt, the spaghetti and cook following the package instructions until al dente.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil and butter to a pan over low heat and as soon as it melts, add the lemon juice and mix.
  • Reserve 1 cup (tea) of the pasta cooking water, drain the rest and add the cooked pasta to the pan with the other ingredients and mix.
  • Gradually add the reserved cooking water and stir well. 
    Finish by adding lemon zest, chopped parsley, black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix the pasta with the sauce very well, serve with more lemon zest, parsley and grated parmesan on top and the recipe is ready.
