Ingredients
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
150 g margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 egg yolk for brushing
1 cup of warm water
Filling of your choice
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, salt, egg and vinegar.
- Gradually add the warm water, kneading until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After resting, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Distribute the filling over the dough and close the pastries.
- Brush the pastries with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until golden.
