Mustard
Tomato sauce or ketchup
Chopped onion
Chopped pickles (optional)
Pepper sauce (optional)
Other ingredients of your choice, such as corn, peas, etc.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the sausages in half lengthwise to make assembly easier.
- Cut the hot dog buns in half, leaving them open but not completely separating the halves.
- Put a layer of tomato sauce or ketchup on the inside of the buns.
- Add the sliced ​​sausages to the buns.
- Then add the chopped onion and pickles, if using.
- Add mustard and chili sauce as per your personal taste.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Repeat the process for all breads.
- Place the stuffed buns in a mold or baking dish.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
