Ingredients

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (195g)

  • 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence (10 ml)

  • 3/4 cup water (180 mL)

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg (1g)

  • 30 slices of stale bread

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sugar (90g)

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (6g)

  • 1 teaspoon butter (5g)

Directions

  • Grease a baking dish with butter;
  • Cut the buns into slices;
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 can of condensed milk (195g);
  • Add 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence (10 mL);
  • Add 3/4 cup water (180 mL);
  • Add 1 pinch of nutmeg (1g);
  • Mix;
  • Beat the eggs in a container;
  • Dip the bread slices in the condensed milk mixture and then in the beaten eggs;
  • Transfer to baking sheet;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
  • Pass the slices in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon;
  • Your Baked Oven French Toast is ready!
