Oat pancakes are also rich in vitamins and minerals, such as iron, magnesium and zinc.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) skimmed milk

  • 1 cup oat flour (tea)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  • In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and let it brown for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Repeat the procedure until the dough runs out.
