Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Grease and flour a 20 cm round cake pan. - In a large bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and oil until smooth.
Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined. - Pour the egg mixture into the oat mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving.
