
Ninho milk brigadeiro is a creamy and tasty sweet, made with condensed milk, powdered milk and butter. It’s a great option for parties and events, or to eat at home as a dessert.

minutesTo make the brigadeiro, simply mix all the ingredients below in a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
4 tablespoons of whole milk powder (100g)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Powdered milk for rolling
Directions
- In a pan, place the butter and condensed milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken. - Add the powdered milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Continue stirring until the brigadeiro leaves the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Place the brigadeiro on a plate and roll it with floured hands.
- Dip the brigadeiros in powdered milk to finish.
Notes
- For a creamier brigadeiro, use whole milk powder.
- If the brigadeiro is too soft, let it cool a little more before rolling it up.
- To give a special touch, add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder to the brigadeiro.
