See the ingredients needed to make your mug brownie. 
Follow the simple step-by-step process:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

  • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar

  • 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon chemical baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped semisweet chocolate

Directions

  • In a large mug, combine the butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. 
    Mix well until you form a homogeneous cream.
  • Add flour, baking powder and salt. 
    Mix gently until incorporated.
  • Lastly, add the chopped chocolate.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until brownie is cooked through.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a fluffier brownie, add 1 tsp cocoa powder.
  • For a crispier brownie, add 1/4 cup (25g) chopped walnuts or white chocolate chips.
  • Serve the brownie hot or cold, with ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
