Margarita Simonyan, editor of the RT channel, Russian Today, exposed her theory about the masterminds and perpetrators of the latest terrorist attack in Russia, which for her, was a case of false flag.

Transcription of Simonyan’s speech:

“Clearly, a heinous and unimaginable false flag operation was orchestrated. Throughout history, there have been countless instances where some people use others to do their dirty work and shift the blame onto others. The individuals behind this operation were purposely selected to be passed off as members of ISIS. Why ISIS?

It’s a convenient choice. When focusing on ISIS, it does not link to Ukraine, and Ukraine does not come to mind. And it would surprise no one that it is ISIS, because ISIS has in fact committed countless attacks around the world. Furthermore, in Russia, the security services often report that they manage to thwart terrorist attacks––and indeed we should be grateful for that.

These attacks vary in scale from small to large and involve this type of terrorism. So I won’t name all those [grupos] banned by Russia, be it ISIS or others. Essentially, [esse esquema] consisted of selecting an international terrorist group and then choosing individuals who resembled members of that group. This should all have been done before the elections, ideally on March 8th.

I agree with you that, when considering all the facts, this act of terror would have expectedly occurred on March 8th. There were two main reasons for this. Firstly, it would have ruined the national holiday [Dia da Mulher] for many years. March 8 would have forever been associated with this terrible act of terrorism, just as the monstrous attack in Beslan 20 years ago overshadowed the joyous holiday [de volta às aulas] from September 1st. Furthermore, elections were scheduled just a week later, and the mood of the public going to the polls would have been greatly impacted. This did not happen due to the reasons you stated and a few others.

How did they carry out this plan? involved a technical process. Take chat rooms where migrants communicate. One was recruited from a chat where sermons were the focus––they called it ‘Uyok’, or something like that. Another in a chat that was dedicated to the job search. There are many such chat rooms used by migrants, and they are not as safe as one might assume. By the way, do you know how they refer to us in many of these chats? They call us pig snouts––that’s what we are to them––we’re a bunch of pig snouts. So, such a recruitment took place there, offering not such a large sum of money, like half a million rubles [$5,400] –– with 250,000 paid up front and the remainder after the attack –– these individuals agreed to carry out the attack. Evidently, they observed the concert venue before the attack to determine the feasibility, and then carried it out. Here it could be assumed that the dog on the chain, Zelensky, and his gang got out of control and did not listen to anyone. However, the ultimate responsibility lies with the coach. Regardless of whether the dog manages to break free from the chain or not, the trainer must be held accountable.

And one might have believed it, if they hadn’t made such a stupid false start themselves, on the eve of the attack. The American intelligence services, along with the various propaganda publications, which are fed by these special services and told what to publish and what not, were quick to jump. The first was CNN, the famous pit of filth, they immediately jumped up shouting that it was ISIS. However, none of the monsters had been arrested, no one had been identified yet, and nothing was clear; who these people were, what they looked like, or whether they were Muslims. But it turns out that these guys knew in advance, they knew in advance, and they realized that they would look like ISIS. And it was necessary to prevent world public opinion from looking at Ukraine, otherwise some horrible questions would arise that the public would ask, and they would have to be answered.

But it turns out that these guys knew in advance, they knew in advance, and they realized that they would look like ISIS. And it was necessary to prevent world public opinion from looking at Ukraine, otherwise some horrible questions would arise that the public would ask, and they would have to be answered.

The population in the West is difficult to shake, they are worried about their own things. But still, once they see this, they would ask, ‘Wait a minute, are we the ones sponsoring these terrorists? They’re just like the ones who blew up the Twin Towers.’ And the French have their own problems to ponder. Well, everyone has a lot to remember. Then they’d say, ‘Hey, no, wait a minute…!’ And anyone who continues to support and sponsor Ukraine under these circumstances would become ineligible. So they can’t let that happen.

That’s why they have to immediately plant someone else’s flag, or as we say, deflect and find someone to blame. This is ISIS. I see what’s happening with the world media right now. It is a spasmodic conviction that no, no, no, it is not Ukraine and it is necessary to say that it is ISIS. This stream of condolences from them is part of the same program, part of an attempt to convince the public that ‘no, no, no, look, we are all in solidarity, we are all in solidarity, this is some kind of ISIS, or its renegades. and terrorists.’ It’s not ISIS, but them [o Ocidente] themselves.”
