Easy and tasty mixed cornmeal cake like this you’ve never seen!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups cornmeal (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of sugar

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (or chocolate)

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 480 ml of milk

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, wheat flour, cornmeal to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the baking soda and beat just to mix. 
    Unite a shape with butter and flour, transfer only half the dough to it and book.
  • Add the chocolate powder to the other half of the dough in the blender and beat for 1 minute. 
    Pour over the dough in the pan and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 45 minutes.
  • Remove the mixed cornmeal cake from the oven, wait for it to cool at room temperature and the recipe is ready to be served.
