Acquire the many benefits of cereal with this practical homemade oat milk!

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups water (500 ml)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup fine rolled oats (300 ml)

Directions

  • Add the oats in fine flakes and the water in a container, mix very well and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender and beat for 2 minutes. 
    Sift the oat milk through a strainer and the drink is ready to be consumed.
