Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
3 level tablespoons of sugar
4 level tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of oil
1 level teaspoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of milk
Directions
- In a large mug, mix the egg, chocolate milk, sugar, flour, oil, yeast and milk.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated and the dough is homogeneous.
- Place the mug in the microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and check if the cake is cooked.
If not, microwave for another 30 seconds, or until completely cooked. - Serve hot or cold.
