To make Mexican tacos with ground beef and vegetables, you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 tablespoon meat seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon spicy paprika

  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1 kg of ground meat

  • Corn tortillas

  • Chopped vegetables (such as tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions, leeks, etc.)

  • Grated cheese (optional)

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  • To make the meat, combine hot water, beef broth, meat seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper powder, black pepper and the ketchup in a medium pot.
  • Add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until it is cooked through and the sauce is thick.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or on the grill.
  • Place some of the ground beef and chopped vegetables on each tortilla and fold the tortilla in half to form a taco.
  • If desired, sprinkle grated cheese and chopped parsley on top.
  • Serve it hot.
  • To make guacamole, just mix a mashed ripe avocado with some chopped tomatoes, some chopped onion and garlic, lime juice, chopped parsley and salt to taste.
  • Serve the guacamole fresh and seasoned with the tacos.
