500 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
Enough hot water to form the dough
Frying oil
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, salt and oil.
- Add hot water gradually, mixing with a spoon until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil for frying.
- Open the dough in the form of circles or squares with the roll.
- Cut into rectangular or square shapes.
- Fry the pieces of dough in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve hot, with honey or sugar syrup to taste.
