Ingredients
- 1 package of lasagna pasta 
- 1 kilo of ground beef 
- 1 chopped onion 
- 2 minced garlic cloves 
- 1 chopped tomato 
- 1 can of tomato sauce 
- 1 sachet of ground meat seasoning 
- Salt and black pepper to taste 
- 200 grams of grated mozzarella 
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese 
Directions
- In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add ground beef and stir until cooked through.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, ground beef seasoning, salt and black pepper. 
 Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is thick.
- Meanwhile, cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- In a refractory, place a layer of Bolognese sauce, followed by a layer of pasta. 
 Repeat the layers until the refractory is full, ending with a layer of sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and parmesan over the last layer.
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
Notes
- To make the lasagna creamier, you can add a little sour cream to the Bolognese sauce.
- If you want, you can add other ingredients to the Bolognese sauce, such as ham, olives or bell pepper.
- To finish the lasagna, you can also use other cheeses such as provolone or gorgonzola.
