Mayonnaise to taste
4 medium potatoes

1 can of peas
1 can of corn
1 medium onion

Directions
- Cook potatoes and carrots in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain the vegetables and let cool.
- Cut the vegetables into cubes or slices.
- Add the peas, corn and onion to the vegetable mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon to taste.
- Add mayonnaise and mix until uniform.
Notes
- For a creamier mayonnaise salad, use homemade mayonnaise.
- You can add other vegetables to the salad, such as tomatoes, cucumber or chayote.
- To give it a special touch, add some chopped green chilli to the salad.
