Pudding de maria mole is a Brazilian dessert made with maria mole, condensed milk, cream and milk. It is a gelatinous sweet, with a smooth and creamy flavor. It can be served with grated coconut, caramel sauce or fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of coconut flavored maria-mole

  • 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 measure of milk can (240 ml)

Directions

  • Dissolve the maria-mole powder in boiling water.
  • Blend the cream, condensed milk and dissolved maria mole in a blender.
  • Pour the dough into an oiled pudding mold.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
