After tasting a piece of this mango pudding you will definitely repeat!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets of colorless and unflavored gelatin

  • 2 chopped ripe mangoes

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 300 ml whole milk

  • Caramel
  • 1/2 cup hot water (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

Directions

  • In the blender place the whole milk, condensed milk, cream, chopped mangoes and beat for 4 minutes.
  • Prepare the gelatin according to the package, add to the other ingredients in the blender and beat a little more to homogenize.
  • Melt the sugar in a pan, add the hot water and let it cook until it forms a caramelized syrup.
  • Transfer the caramelized syrup to a pudding mold and then add the blender mixture.
  • Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 3 hours and or until it is very firm. 
    Unmold onto a platter or plate and the mango pudding is ready.
