Mango mousse

Preparing an irresistible and effortless dessert is possible, and proof of that is this mango mousse!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 box measure of mango juice concentrate condensed milk

  • 1 package of unflavored gelatin

  • 1 manga

Directions

  • In a blender place condensed milk, cream and mango juice.
  • Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on its package, add to the other ingredients in the blender and beat for 1 minute.
  • Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. 
    Place the liquid content in bowls or in a refractory and add the chopped mango on top.
  • Cover the dessert, leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and the mango mousse is ready to be served.
