Ingredients
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
1 box measure of mango juice concentrate condensed milk
1 package of unflavored gelatin
1 manga
Directions
- In a blender place condensed milk, cream and mango juice.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on its package, add to the other ingredients in the blender and beat for 1 minute.
- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.Â
Place the liquid content in bowls or in a refractory and add the chopped mango on top. - Cover the dessert, leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and the mango mousse is ready to be served.
